It is available (temporarily) on my website: <a href=\"http:\/\/benjamin.smedbergs.us\/tests\/mozilla-build.zip\">mozilla-build.zip (55MB)<\/a>. It contains <a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.mozilla.org\/MSYS_Install_Software_Inventory\">everything needed to build Mozilla<\/a> on Windows except the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler and the JDK (only required for XULRunner).<\/p>\n<p>Using MSYS with gmake 3.81 requires one code change, in <a href=\"https:\/\/bugzilla.mozilla.org\/show_bug.cgi?id=345482\">bug 345482<\/a>: I&#8217;m hoping to get this fix backported to all the active branches soon.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to get some testing of this package, to see if it has missing pieces or causes builders any problems. Please report success or failure in blog comments.<\/p>\n<h4>Usage Instructions:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Install MS Visual C++. Do <strong>not<\/strong> add paths to the environment when the installer gives you the option.\n<li>If you already have MSVC installed, check your environment and remove any references to it from <tt>PATH<\/tt>, <tt>INCLUDE<\/tt>, and <tt>LIB<\/tt>.\n<li>Unzip the package to a path with no spaces in it: I recommend <tt>C:\\<\/tt> (it will unpack to <tt>C:\\mozilla-build<\/tt>).\n<li>Run <tt>start-msvc6.bat<\/tt>, <tt>start-msvc71.bat<\/tt>, or <tt>start-msvc8.bat<\/tt>.
